Returns & Warranty

BLING HOCKEY | RETURNS & WARRANTY POLICY

We stand behind every stick. Please review our return, cancellation, and warranty guidelines before submitting a request.

1. Stock Stick Returns

Stock sticks may be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, untaped, uncut, and in their original packaging.

Customers are responsible for original and return shipping costs. Returns are inspected upon arrival, and approved refunds cover the stick's purchase price. Items showing signs of use or modification are not eligible for a standard refund.

Cancellations: Stock orders may be cancelled within 3 hours of purchase for a full refund, including shipping.

2. Custom Orders

Custom and personalized sticks are final sale and cannot be returned for a change of mind.

  • Within 7 days of purchase: Full refund for eligible cancellation requests.

  • After 7 days: A 50% cancellation fee applies to the stick price, excluding shipping.

To request cancellation, email blinghockey@gmail.com with your order number.

3. 40-Day Stick Warranty

Sticks that break due to a manufacturing defect within 40 days of delivery may qualify for a one-time replacement issued as store credit.

  • Warranty claims must be submitted within 40 days of delivery.

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or modifications is excluded.

  • Clear photos of the damage, serial number, and stick specifications are required.

  • A physical inspection may be requested if the photos are insufficient.

  • Customers are responsible for warranty-related shipping costs.

  • Claims may take up to 7 business days to process.
